Where is programmer forum?

Hello everybody, I think this forum is good, but where is programmer forum? And this message for Administrator:
Dear Administrator maybe you can create programmer forum, I very want.

All programming questions should be directed tot he General Software section.

A dedicated programming section in the forum won't be happening any time soon, this has been discussed before.

But in GENERAL PROGRAM FORUM are lot of other Threads and if Admin will create programmer's forum, I and others programmers can to discuss, and to feel free
