where should my refresh rate be set at?

ok well my computer is set at 1024x768 resolution, and my refresh rate is set to 75Hz, the highest i have is 85Hz. should i put it at 85 or leave it at 75?

I have read before that higher is usually better but pretty much anything at 60 or above is well enough.
