Where to buy?

1-What is the best place to buy and have your computer built online? Like dell or alienware etc
2-can newegg put your computer together for you? and how do they charge you?
 
Newegg won't put your computer together, but if you buy the parts and take them to your local computer shop, they'll assemble it for a fee, of course.
 
1 - I don't know, I don't like getting pre-build systems
2 - No, they won't build the systems, as far as I know. I'm sure someone here would build it for you if you REALLY don't want to deal with it. I would if I had time ;)
 
I need to know how they charge you? that is most important question. theres no way I can buy 3000$ worth of parts and make one big payment, 100-200$ a month is no problem. For question 1 it means either custom pciked parts and then built or pre built either one.

I know Newegg offers financing, as well as Dell. Most places do.

Look at the rig in my SIG it is $1509.38 and that is with XP PRO too. You just have to add the case, PSU, and the keyboard and mouse.
 
ya i heard some asus have problems with the 800's, but the specs for that board says the ddr2 standard is ddr2 800 so id def go for that, especially cuz its for gaming and such
 
Sorry I have P5B in the SIG, but I have the P5B deluxe on my wish list and that is what i used to get that price. So it's really the samething except I have a better mobo and RAM. and i have a operating system and monitor with mine. He has a better video card.

You could cut out the monitor and stick that in to a case, PSU, keyboard and mouse and even better parts.

Okay now Im a little confused lol can you post the complete fixed list with the better parts the beast is talking about please. Im going to buy them all in a couple days. yay.
 
This is from my wish list so you will get a little extra like the slot covers and fans. It's $1,509.38 with everthing. All you would need is a case, PSU, and keyboard and mouse.

You can drop the monitor and pay for the case and PSU with that money. And you can always buy another stick of ram later.
