Where to get this?

I have a question i have to computers and only one monitor does anybody know how to connect 2 computers at the same time to the monitor.But only i be using one pc at a time and if i want to use the other one i will turn the first one of and turn the second one on.But i could do this with taking the cables everytime i switch and does anybody know like a splitter with a button or somthing so i press the button and it switches to the other computer?

Well my LCD monitor has a DVI and a VGA input so if i hook the DVI to one comp and the VGA to the other, i can just switch between the two comps using the monitor menu. This really only applies to LCD that have dual connections tho, otherwise....you prolly gonna have to get a switch.
 
yea switch is fine but now where could i get this little thing on the mouse so it fits the whole into the switch that footballstevo75 showed me because i have a usb mouse

Does anybody know?

and the switch will support 1600 by 1200 and 1280 by 1024 resolution right?
