Um, why not look for one of those vision sheets? I'm sure some place has it were you could print one out...

Scince every monitor is different there is no point for making one. Just go to your eye doctor they have free checkups(well mine does).

There a program called EyeQ which is supposed to increase your reading speed. Saw it on an infomercial. You can try googling it.

How does one "practice" vision? do you mean the lettering in an eye chart? so when you go to your eye exam you would know all the letters in the smallest line by practicing them, thus, giving you 20/20 vision. But if you do reaaly want to practice your vision you might want to start by reading a contract or a lease, now thats Vision practice
