Where's the driver download link for this disc drive?

I just purchased this disc drive right here:

Notice that it says "no software."

In that case, where's the download link for the drivers I'll need to use this thing?

Windows should have a generic driver for it to run. When you hook it up and turn on the system, it should be auto recognized and ready to use.

Some burners come with software suites like Nero.

This one is just indicating that it does not. Windows should still be able to facilitate a generic driver as above.
