Wheres the volume control?

My speakers are deffinally not going as loud as they used to. I am playing songs through WMP, and that volume on there is all the way up. Last time I found the control, It was somewhere in the Start menu. I looked EVERYWHERE and cant seem to find it. Any help?

You can add a volume control icon to your system tray by going into the control panel, selecting Sounds & Audio Devices...then place a check mark the the box "place volume icon in taskbar"
 
or...
You could right-click on the volume icon on your system tray and select "Open Volume Control".

If you don't have the volume icon on your system tray:
  • Right-Click on Taskbar
  • Select Properties
  • In the Notification Area - Click "Customize..."
  • Find Volume in the List and then set the Volume behavior to Always Show
  • Then click OK and OK again
