760, however an AMD Phenom II 955 will perform as well as the hex core processors in games, because games aren't utilising 6 cores yet, and only a couple are using 4 cores, and is also cheaper than the x6 and the 760.

The majority of games out now, and coming out in the near future will be coded to utilise only 3 or 4 threads, so extra cores won't see a performance gain. In future, games will be utilising more cores, but it will be a long time until hex cores are fully utilised, because making a game only run well with 6 cores will make it so only a very, very small number of people can actually play them well, because the majority of gamers are on quad core systems
