Which adapter?

I recently installed a video card in my pc and need advice on where to find an adapter to connect mu VGA cable to the sound card. photo attached.

VGA to a sound card? Not gonna happen. What exactly are you trying to do?

That's not a sound card, it's a specialized port called DMS 59 found on video cards used to split into multiple monitors. Usually in Dells, which this looks like an old Optiplex tower.
