Which antivirus?

Just a FEW simple questionS-What one of these 2 antivirus do you recomend i should i use?
Which one has the best virus Detection?

1.Avast antivirus (FREE)

2.F-Secure Anti-Virus 2006

Also is it ok to have 2 Firewalls running at the same time?
As i know having two antivirus programs can conflict with each other.

I think neither Norton and avg are the best anti virus programs out there

Hehe, I agree with AVG...it's what I run on all my systems. As for norton...eh, it might provide good security, but it's EXTREAMLY slow and next to impossible to remove from a computer.
