Which brand should I buy?

Hi there ya'll

Admittedly, I'm a computer novice. I have a question that I hope you guys can shed some light on.

I recently started my own business, and I'm now in the process of converting my company's bookkeeping/accounting from hand-written to electronic/computer based. I have already decided I am going to use Quickbooks Pro but I now need to buy a computer for this. I have a laptop that I use for my dad to day tasks but I want to have a stand-alone computer dedicated exclusively to my accounting. So, I won't need it for anything other than using the accounting software and the occasional internet browsing. I don't want anything fancy or powerful. Just something that will get the job done but also be reliable.

So...my question is...What computer should I get? Is there a brand that I should maybe look in to? I was at Best Buy and they told me they recommend Asus and Toshiba. What do you guys think?

ANY AND ALL FEEDBACK IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

Save some money while getting better components with better warranties and end up with a better pc that you are familiar with, and for the rest of your life free yourself from the enslavement of prebuilt desktop computers.

Interested?

Honestly, thank you but I really am going to be using it solely for accounting purposes. I don't really have the time or frankly, the interest in building something. I am just looking for something that will do the trick that doesn't require building.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Well, Best Buy isn't a good place to shop at.
If you don't want to spend a couple hrs or so putting one together, which is easy to do, then a recommendation could be with it already assembled.

At least with this place you can choose from the parts they offer.

Change to the following:
-Intel cpu han & heatsink
-Asus P8Z68-V LX
-Free SSD with mir. If your unfamiliar with how to keep your os/programs on the ssd, and your saved data on the hdd, the you can have them set it up with Intel RST.
-Corsair CX430

It's $450 before tx/ship/os/software and comes with keyboard/mouse/card reader. If you need a monitor take a look here, which is where you can also see the parts you've chosen,,and here's the case.
