either way those aren't full builds, missing a power supply and windows, dvd drive. what are you going to use it for? i know you said straight answer but i had to

sorry man but i'm pretty sure you're just going fanboy here, if money isn't an issue then the 2500k is a good bit faster than 970 at...well....everything. and then the 560ti is also better than a 6870

find something to the contrary that isn't fanboy bs.

If money is no object then the 560 ti will be a little better then the 6870. I just can't substantiate the price difference for a little performance gain. The intel would run a little cooler as well. And I guess it all depends on the games you need to play.

in other words, amd for the money, but intel will perform better. never said intel was better value, i'd buy an amd every time

Why just the 6870 on the AMD build? Change it to a 6950 and its still a cheaper build. Drop the Antec case, the 900 was a good case in its day, but thats been alot of days ago lol. Plus you have no power supply.
