Which build to choose?

Well I am just wondering what your guys opinion would be? I made two builds one with average parts. The other with a mixture of parts that are decent and good that I would like to use. I am planning on upgrading piece by piece, as I work part time at minimium wage so my balance was only 300 dollars with shipping.

using 2 gb of 800mhz ram 600watt power supply and 250gb wd harddrive.

I am also wondering if build number 1 could support playing COD 4 without me lagging very much. If not i am going to go with the Zotac card with better specs. Also please make sure to read the rest of the build as well before choosing and why you would choose it. Also if you have any suggestions on changing out or swapping parts it would be appreciated the budget is set on 297 with shipping or below. I apologize for all the questions however its my first build and i plan to add on to it when i can.

I edited the first build so it could fit with my power supply and added on a few different things I would greatly appreciate your replies.

What exactly is your power supply? You could get a new 500watt ocz for ~$50, which depending if you have just a china brand 600w or a decent 600w would be a great upgrade for futureproofing.
 
yeah its definitely a Chinese there is no labeling other than the electrical test. Just cant really find many places to put in with the budget wish i had more money. Just looking for something that will work for now so i can buy a new case and power supply in a month or so.
 
Hmm, maybe you could go case+psu+mobo+cpu+mem, and hold off on a video card for a month or two? Would allow you to get higher quality parts;)
 
yeah i tried setting up a build along those lines was decent however i just want the full build right now. I am about to buy one of two tomorrow, having a hard time choosing between the two.
