Can't decide if I want to go with a better CPU and a lower GPU or the reverse. The build will be used for gaming and video editing.

In all actuality, it isn't much of a difference. I was leaning towards the Better CPU/Lower GPU because of it's slightly cheaper price. Also, upgrading a GPU is just GPU, whereas upgrading CPU could possibly require upgrading the mobo and RAM as well.
I don't want to go over $1400, if there's some things you might want to suggest I change or add.
I'm also trying to decide if I want to go with Hitachi for their reliability, WD for their reliability, or Seagate for their slightly lower prices for more space. That BackBlaze report got me all paranoid and confused about hard drives, haha. If you have an opinion on this, please share. Thanks!
