Which card is better?

Hello.
Ive been wanting to buy a video card and I am stuck on 2 so far.

Out of these two which is better?
And also is this card even better?: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814121007R But keep in mind it is an open box?

Ok sorry I guess, then which card out of all is better?
And do you suggest buying open box items?

Personally just from having run Asus cards in other builds I would choose the model at the third link. It's been awhile since running an NVdia card here however. (Some don't seem to like it when I mention the other... brand.:P )
 
512MB won't make any difference. Just get one of the top two. Either or, they should be basically identical :P Perhaps search for reviews on which runs cooler?
 
the asus has slower core and mem speeds, and 512 really isn't necessary. go with one of the first two.

What games are you trying to play with this card? What kind of system are you pairing it with? Those things can help us give you a better answer. Or maybe recommend something else. Budget, uses, current setup are main things needed to give you well rounded advice. :D

Ya I was leaning more to the silent cards.
Well basically Ill be doing moderate gaming, like on old games but would prefer them to be like at max settings.
So I dont really need a powerfull card.
