The 4890 is the best after that would be the GTX 275 out of those three the GTX 260 is the worse. The 4890 is the best card and the best deal out of those three.

Do you know about the 4890XXX edition? its basically 75more Core clock i think. cost 40$ more vs 4890standard. is it worth it?

Not really you can OC the 4890 your self it is very easy. You don't even have to go into the bios to OC a graphics card you can just do it straight from your desktop.
