...Which cards better

i got a new comp, athlon x2 4200+, 2 gigs of pc3200 ram and so on.... now the question is, i have a integrated graphic card, radeon express 200, as i understand, integrated cards suck. I got a Diamond radeon 9200se which i think is kinda old. So, which ones better!? and also, can i run both the intergrated and 9200se together? rather than just uninstalling the drivers and stuff and just using the 9200se. Im clueless on all this stuff, thanks.:)

The 9200SE would be better in terms of gaming performance, since it is a dedicated card. You can run both, but your performance will suffer since the CPU is also acting as a GPU.

There both ATI, so you should be able to just switch them and then re-install the latest drivers.

Can you explain how you are going to be able to run both the onboard video and 9200SE AGP card at the same time? That would be a good one! Everyone else has to remember to disable the onboard in order to run a separate card.

You just dont disable the other one in BIOS. Then you can run a monitor off both the integrated and on the dedicated card.

With the onboard video enabled the installed card becomes useless. To run a dual card setup you would need something like twin pci cards or a newer setup on an SLI or Crossfire ready board.

actually,my lower end computer (Athlon 64 3500+,X850XT,A8N-E etc) was able to run integrated graphics with a graphic card allowing for the integrated to support 1 monitor and the graphic card supporting up to two.:)

First you have to look at the type of board being run there. That's not an AGP board is it? No I didn't think so. kongwill is running an AGP not PCI-E board where the old rules apply.
