Which case should I get

Im looking for a case my primary choice was the antec 900, but its just too expensive for me. And looking back on things uneeded as im not a hardcore gamer or overclocker lol.

So the hunt is on for a case that is considerably cheaper.

I want a case that has a see through side panel, looks good, has GOOD and VERY QUIET ventilation/fans. Ohh and if thats not enough I need it to be considerably cheaper than the £70 Antec 900 (thats including VAT and Postage). It also doesn't need a PSU as I have bought my own 750Watt one.

I saw this one ... is it any good, and what will the cooling be like?

Thanks

That Thermal take supramo is a very good case and it looks great too,I was actualy considering that case myself for my new build :)

Theres this one aswell that looks rather nice with its fan on the front,Not a bad price either.

i knoq you said your not a gamer but what the hell its a good price for £39 :P
but it probably isnt as good as the thermaltake and it doesnt have a side window :(

lol thats pretty cool aswell, bnut think I prefer the thermaltake. Now I need to choose between black and silver :P.

Ohh and thanks for helping convince me not to get the 900 :P.

the black is nice because its a glossy black :)
its what i would choose anyway:P

Good cos I am going for that one its about £7 cheaper too =D.

Gonna wait like 20min before I buy it as im about to get my processor on E-Bay lol and its like £180 and I spent about £300 on the card in the last few days need to know I have enough without going to bank first :P.

HAHAHA too late I bought the other case now and the 900 was just too expensive and uneeded for my budget. The £20 saving means I can now buy the CPU from a shop rather than E-Bay =D (I got sniped last min).

Ok so I have ordered the case, either the case does not have a fan on the side acrylic pannel or its a stock fan. Either way its gonna be pretty crap.

So on the "THERMALTAKE Soprano VB1000BWS" what size fan should I get for that part AND whats a good one to get. It must be very queit, and have lights so it looks cheesy and as cheap as possible.

Thanks

Jon

(Hope my PSU has enough connections to connect evrything, can you get splitters if there is not enough?)

no the Thermaltake soprano has 1x 90mm fan on the side of the case if you look over the Technical Details of the case,Im pretty sure they would have used a good quality THERMALTAKE fan on it:D
i should say it will be quiet;)

Ohh ok =D thats good, just that some pics I saw the fan was missing which threw me. Will each fan need its own power cable OR are they linked together like in the Antec 900 (I think)?

Actualy when i said they might have used quality fans on it i take that word back.

look at the reviews on the fans for it:(

looks like you will probably have to replace them after all.

they also said the front face panel is flimsy:cool:
