which case?

i'm sure you've seen these kind of threads before, but which case do YOU think is better and why

these aren't exactly what i would be getting, but close, i plan to watercool in either case, and lets just assume money isn't an issue

You plan to watercool a case that is made almost entirely out of fans? how about just get a normal case and watercool it?
If you really want one then get the first one, I wouldn't get the second one even if it were free. Actually I would never get either.

IMO neither, get the antec 900(or 1200 if you need more space).

I think they are ugly and too expensive. I would not even want that thing sitting in my office. What do you plan on putting in there? You can fit everything you would want in a nice looking functional normal case.

most likely an i7 rig with a pair of 4870x2's, along with 3-4 tri fan radiators

Probably the second one as it has more room.It seems a waste as others have said to get a case with a lot of fans if you plan on WC'ing,unless they could knock off a good deal of the price and just sell you a "barebones" case with just power switches and portwires included .(no fans included).
