ok so i am going to buy a 7800gt and i want to know which manufactorer is best for making good cards that can be overclocked

If it's just down to the company, I'll throw my two cents in for BFG Tech. They make great cards in my experience, and offer lifetime 24/7 tech support.

I don't know about the 7800, but their 6800GT (the card I own) comes OC'd stock from the factory, which was nice.

I have a BFG and I have no complaints about it. I love it.

Agree'd, my favorite brand by far.

Also if you get one from them, you can get ones that are already Oced by default, so then when you OC it you can OC further then a normal card.

ati's no good?...

They are talking about brand, ATi and nVidia make the chips and all that shit. Then a company like BFG,eVGA,Abit,ASUS,SAPPHIRE etc. "complete" 'em, they choose what features e.g. S-Video, ViVo, to use and then pack the cards and sell them. ATi's is good, but nVidia is in the lead. :P

bfg is overpriced. evga and xfx i think are the best... i have an evga and their warranty is the best.. the price was very good and came with a free sli motherboard that is pretty decent :)

BTW a lot of other companies make factory overclocked cards, not just bfg lol....evga has the highest clocked 7800gt @ 470/1100

BFG for everything you get is perfectly priced. I got a lifetime warranty on mine, along with any tech support I need. And i have to say, the automatic OC is really nice. I'd say for how much I paid for mine, it was a steal.
