I'm currently looking for a cheap gaming computer and found 2 that was good price I think. First one is $450 and second one is $500. Which is better?

Custom AMD based gaming computer
Specs:
Video Card:XFX Radeon 7770 1 GB
CPU: AMD FX-4100 3.6 GHz
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB
Gigabyte Motherboard
500w PSU
Asus Optical Drive
RAM: 8 GB (2x4) Corsair Vengeance
Thermal Master Case

or

Computer:
AMD Phenom II X6 1045T processor
8 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti
1 TB Hard Drive
Tonnes of Fans
Internal Red LED lighting
NVIDIA High Definition Sound Card

I'm not a tech savy or anything but i will be mostly using video editing software like sonyvegas, recording with Fraps, some twitch steaming, and some games like dota 2, cs;go, skyrim, and league of legends, is it worth this price and can it do everything without lagging (will be streaming on twitch while playing dota 2, and cs) and what is the FPS it can go?

These are not the strongest computers ever so don't expect miracles but if I were to pick one I would go for the second one. It has a slightly weaker video card than the first one but the cpu is way better. Expect to play games on low/medium settings because these are not particularly strong computers. I would advise you to build your own computer, although with your budget it might be kind of hard.

I have a GTX 560 TI and have played most games at high settings, although with BF3 I have set the settings to medium, but I bet I could go higher than that. With BF4 You need at minimum a GTX 560 TI and recommended a 600 series card. You can always get another GTX 560 TI and do SLI. What kind of motherboard is in the second computer?

Both are outdated.

The second one is probably the better option, but it's still outdated.

Look at building your own - much better value for money.
