Which CPU Cooling Fan should I buy?

I am building a Desktop P.C.
The Case; Thermaltake, M9D
Moterboard; GIGABYTE GA-EP 45-T-Ud3lR
CPU; Intel Core 2 Duo, 3.33 GHz,
I will NOT be using my PC for Video Games, Video, or Music.
I need a CPU Cooler that has very low noise level.
I will pay $ 300 if I have to.
Which one would you sugest ?
 
zalman is (in my opinion) one of the, if not the, top cooling solution companies. anything from them that is over $50 should easily do the trick. for your cpu, i would do this one:

i have a similar one for my cpu (running at 3.28, it never goes over 45, ever). there are many other ones as well. just go to newegg or some other store and look up your socket type and read the comments on the different heatsinks.
