Which CPU should I get?

Well i've had about 2 intel computers, but I want to try something new.

Should I get a Phenom 8450 Tolimon x3 processor? @ 2.1 GHZ (Triple Core)

OR

Should I get a Athlon 64 x2 6000+? @ 3.0 GHZ (Dual Core)
 
Between those 2 the X2 6000. You would have to get a 8750 to be close in a Tri core. Then again you could get a 9550 for close to what a 8750 cost. Did I confuse you even more? The prices on the Tri and Quad AMD are all screwed up right now. I think the only one I like is the 9750 95Watt model right now, but they are hard to find. And they are selling the 9850BE cheaper than the 9750. Go figure.

well techinacly not close to the price of a 9550. That 8450 is only $125.00 with free shipping =D
