Which desktop is better?

Well, is there really much difference between 3.4GHz and 3.1GHz? I think a $100 difference is pretty good, i5 is also preferred because the games I want to play don't really require that much power. How would I upgrade my power supply?

i'm guessing you want to stay best buy for the rewards stuff, my dad's the same way, but otherwise newegg has good deals on better cmps with dedicated gpu's.

Actually, I chose Best Buy because you can pick up the items there. I agree NewEgg is much better, but I'm not so sure about their deliver system, plus the neighborhood I live in might not be safe enough to directly ship it to my home. Also, I'm not too familiar with that brand, can you tell me about it. I usually go for ASUS.

they're a fairly common low price for performance brand, never actually owned one, but i know neweggs shipping is pretty good and i think you can arrang a shipment to be picked up at the shipment center somehow if that would work for you, and if it is dead on arrival or something like that newegg is supposed to be the best for replacing things with little hasstle, but luckily out of my 2 orders from them i have yet needed to do so, someone else may be ably to shed more light on this than i.

and you can always see if a friend in a better area will let it go to their house and you get it from them

Hmm, I've heard that customer service for the brand and the casing is really bad, along with various other problems. My friends that live in the same city live in horrible areas as well.

Newegg.com will definately give you a better pricem shipping to the east cost is really quick typically. As for the i3 vs i5, in the long run the i5 will give you more bang for the buck, if you really want to soup it up go i7, they rock.

well you can still look into pickup at the local ups or something, maybe even pickup at work if you're working at a small business or something if you're friends with the boss or something
