Which firewall should i use?? HELP!

Hi i have a option on my computer and its asking me to use Windows Firewall or Norton Internet Security Firewall.
Which one should i use?

well, window security firewall is not effective. as for norton, i heard that it only slow down your computer. so maybe you can consider another 3rd party firewall. i use Comodo and zonealarm. both are pretty good
