Which GeForce 8 Series can I run?

I’m looking to upgrade the graphics card in my Dell Dimension XPS Generation 4 Computer. I typed “dxdiag” in the run prompt to get these specs:

Processor: Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.20 ghz (2 cpu’s)
Memory: 2046 MB GDDR3
Current GPU: Nvidia GeForce 6800 256 MB
PSU: 460-watt max output at 32A (This came of the tag shown in picture 1 with the red arrow pointing at it, couldn’t read it perfectly as only half is visible for viewing.)

Here’s two pictures of the guts of my machine:

This picture shows the GPU marked with the red arrows.

I’m looking at these three cards:

Do you all think that I will be able to run any of the cards, if so which ones and how safely? I’d like either of the 8800 GT cards, preferably the 512 mb one but I can live with the 8600 fine if it’s simpler. I think I might need a PCI-Express 6-pin connector for both of the 8800 GT’s but not for the 8600. What would I go about doing for those? I'm not even sure if I would be able to do the 6 pin connectors as I can't find a place as to where else it would hook into the PSU.
I’m not trying to write this out like you all are stupid, I just wanted it to be detailed. If you all have any question of things I didn't list, let me know. Thanks
