i have enough parts to build 2 rigs. i dont know what parts to put together for the best gaming rig. i have an athlon II x4 630 @ 2.8GHz running 4 gigs of ddr3 1066. im not able to OC because the MB is a DELL, may get a better board if this cpu can be faster than my q6600. (the CPU scores 9244 in vantage). i have also a q6600 @3.2GHz, running 6 gigs of ddr2 800 ram. (this cpu scores 33,436 in vantage). my gpu's are a gtx 260 core 216, and an 4890. which card should go with which cpu, considering speeds of ram and cpu's. thank you for the help cause ive been battling with myself over this for a while now, and ready to just say it doesnt make a difference, but yet still want the best performing pc that my hardware options have to offer.

I would probably put the Q6600 with the 4890, and the 630 with the gtx 260. Both will be good high endsetups, but out of the two the q6600 build will be the best.

yeh i'd put the 4890 with the q6600, you should see no bottleneck with the [email protected], all in all it will play games well!
