Which GPU is best?

Hey,

I recently decided that I wanted THIS video card for my new rig. I then began reading that NVIDIA graphics cards were better in general and when in SLI mode compared to ATIs in crossfire. I won't be going in crossfire/sli mode yet, so which of these cards is best on its own, and in crossfire/sli mode? Any help is appreciated.

Oh OK yeah you're fine, go with the gigabyte gtx460 1gb, you won't be disappointed.

It's going to be about as fast as the MSI GTX 460, a bit faster than the Palit one, and definitely faster than the 5830.

The gigabyte has the best cooler on it, it's virtually silent and cools extremely well. It's factory overclocked to 715mhz core VS standard 675mhz. It will whip a 5830 and give a 5850 a good run for the money.
