Is this a store bought machine or a custom built? Would need to know exact model of motherboard or exact model of computer, brand and model number.

Your motherboard supports PCI-express video cards not AGP so whatever card you choose, make sure it's pci-express.

What is your budget and what will you be doing with your system?

I already have both GPUs I posted so its just between those 2, and I use my computer for regular things sometimes a game or 2. I just wanna know which of the 2 GPUs i have will fit in

Like I said, it depends on if the cards you have are AGP or Pci-express. If they are agp then no, if PCI express then yes.
