can i ask why the xfx? its actually my first time buying a vga card and i'v never heard of that brand o.o

Maximum PC did a review on this new line-up of video cards and it showed that Asus was the best at 9/10 rating with a 3DVantage score of 14,383.

XFX and EVGA both offer lifetime warranties, who cares if the Asus has a couple more MHz and gets a few points higher?

It depends on price, appearance and warranty, which one's the cheapest looks the best with the longest warranty, or whichever combination of the three you prefer.

all happen to be the same price $399 AUD, was thinking the asus cause its fully HD but then i'm not sure if the others are?

they are all the same. as stated above, the xfx offers a double lifetime warranty (which means if you sold it to someone they would also get a lifetime warranty). they look cool too (not a real big deal though). not sure what the asus means by "fully hd." sounds like an added phrase to entice people.

XFX offers double lifetime warranty. that means ifvyou ever sell the 5850 the second owner is fully covered once you transfer the warranty to them.
