this graphic card is 128mb and i need 256mb according to service upgrade?...only im not sure which card i should get as there is so many any suggestions much appriecated?

also i want to install myself as i was told its so easy ???? so question is which card what make is compatable etc and how to install please thanks:confused:

When buying a video card you first need to know what you want to do with the system you are installing it on. whether it be for gaming or just regular every day use. I would though recommended that you buy either an Nvidia graphics card pr an ATI graphics card. those are 2 of the better companies on the market. i have never had any problems with either of those companies.

thanks for replys im near bristol ...and just general use ...but something that will meet the rest of hardware, like it fast lol, anyway are they easy to fit and i was told maybe Nvidia graphics card 256mb ?but does it matter? not a gamer

What do you intend to do with the card? Any gaming?
Whats your budget and currency?
What power supply and motherboard do you have?

Does Windows 32bit allow for 4gb of RAM to actually function to its maximum ability? I can't remember if 3gb is the max for 32bit or if its 4gb.

It can see up to 4gb. But substracts from the upperend for hardware memory addresses. So you end up with anything from 3gb and up to the OS.

the board is according to a program i installed says this

FOXCONN A6VMX 0A

You still havent said what brand and model power supply you have (important) and how much you want to spend on a card.
