Which graphics card is best?

I am suffering from the following crisis: I need a new video card because my current one is lacking...everything. Currently I have an ATI 4350 HD Radon. I was looking at these other video cards for an upgrade:
XFX:

2. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150535

My debate between these two cards is I don't know what is better, a higher effective memory clock, or DDR5 over DDR3. They are both the same graphics card, however I think that link 1. shows a newer model. It has a slower effective memory clock (by 600 mhz I believe) but it comes with DDR5. Link 2. shows the older model, it has the faster effective memory clock, but it has DDR3. The both have core clocks at 775 mhz

Geforce:

I know that the 9800gt card is fairly old, however I remember it performing like quite the champion. The previous one I had was BFG but burnt out in a year. Now that the price of the 9800 has gone down, I'm wondering if it is a smart choice at all to consider buying one of them.

In conclusion, what would be the best card out of these four to buy? If you believe that there is a better card than these four in the same price range, feel free to point me in the right direction! (by posting some link of course :) )

Thanks for your feed back guys! However I'm still wondering, is it better to pick a graphics card by DDR memory or by the effective memory clock? It may be a stupid question but I don't know that much about comparing specs of graphics cards. (I am asking this obviously because the previous two replies have pointed me in the direction of buying the 5670, and the aforementioned question is what separates the two XFX cards).
