Which heat sink to get with the i7-5829K

I want to purchase this processor, but i noticed it doesn't come with a heat sink,

can someone recommend me a heat sink to purchase with this,

I am not a gamer, but i do lots of multi-tasking

also is some sticky paste needed?

The cooler above is a good cooler, there are more out there what are good, but what do you whant to play, do you whant to overclock, what case do you have, because it has to fit.
And YESSSS you need sticky paste

I play games but not on high detail, i mostly play nintendo gamecube emulators, which my current computer can't handle,
i don't think i will need to overclock, i might try it once to see what happens

i read online i should use arctic silver and not the default thermal paste that comes with it,

SSD get M.2 socket, they are a lot faster.

Thermal paste come with good aftermarket heatsink are good.

Those bad thermal paste people talking about usually refer to those pre-applied on standard heatsink which comes with your CPU.
