Which iPad to get?

My wife uses the iPad t watch TV show streaming. She uses her iPhone for other stuff like Instagram or Facebook.

The iPad (Air) is a hang me down from our daughter and is very much outdated. The IOs is 12.5.5. Many of the services she tries to use are not being supported anymore.

I am trying to get her a newer one but don't want to break the bank for a totally new one. I am hoping to get a used one that will last another 3 years.

What version of the iPad I should look at?

The air 2019 model goes around $300ish from retailers as a refurb, but also $300ish used.

Might be worth doing some investigative work against the list of models and find the one that you feel is the best value.

I am keep tab on some of the 7th Gen 128gb models. Going for around $300 on eBay and I am trying to get it below that if I am lucky and patient.
