I dont know a thing about computers and i have this offer between this 2 computers and i dont know which one to choose so if you could give your oppinions pleasei would be very gratefull...
PHENOM II X2 545 3.0 GHZ
MOTHERBOARD ECS A780GM-A
DDR2 2GB 800 MHZ SUPRAM
1TB HARD DRIVE
GEFORCE NVIDIA 9600GT 512 DDR3 XFX

AND
PHENOM X3 8650 2.3 GHZ
ASUS M2N-SLI DELUXE
DDR2 2GB 800MHZ KINGSTON
DDR2 1GB 800MHZ KINGSTON
1TB HARD DRIVE
ATI 3870 512 DDR4

I basically will use the computer to play games like gta or call of duty 4
and store movies and music so please... any suggestions i would be glad to read them...

PD: these computers are partially premade so if you think it would run faster whith another thing or so please tell me i can ask for them to change stuff xD thnx again

i dont see why you would need 1tb (1000 gb) of HD, just to play games, so i would personaly say get a 300 gb instead its much cheaper and my 170 gb has lasted me 4 years before finaly runing out of space (i have over 20 games installed on it).
i would also say that lots of games are designed to run best on nvidia graphics cards so i would go with the top one.
 
thnx guys xD and the 1Tb is not for the games and i know its like loads of space but i currently have a 500gb my book and its full whith music and movies so i need the disc space but thanx for your opinion xD maybe by monday i have a new computer =D
 
Neither really.

The first one if you get rid of the ECS motherboard. Get a AM3 DDR3 Gigabyte or Asus board and DDR3 memory.
 
The manufacturers Asus, Gigabyte and MSI make better quality motherboards than ECS. In my personal opinion I mostly only purchase motherboards from the previous manufacturers that I listed.

How much are you looking at spending on either of these? You can probably build one yourself cheaper than having someone build it for you.
 
hmm dunno maybe my next one i dont have space to build anything right now and time is the same =( but thnx i might do that in some time xD
 
the problem is that i dont live in the us XD those are exellent prices for my country :( i live in venezuela
 
definatly go with the first one if you need the space for music and films, i found that all the nvidea graphics cards i have owned have proven to be able to run the newest games for a couple of years.
also if you take everyones advice and construct one yourself, it would proberly be cheaper to use two 500gb hard drives compared to one tb hd
 
yep xD there are some modifications im gonna make to the first one thanks to you guys loads of thanks xD when i go to canada next year i migh buy a better one for a cheaper price who know maybe i get to make my own xD thnx
