Which is better for an HP laptop, SSD or HDD?

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-Bit)

I want to go for SSD and so selected Seagate Game Drive STHB2000401 2 TB Solid State Drive. Is it fine or I need to check others?

Are you looking for an external storage drive or are you wanting to replace the HDD inside your laptop?

As far as an external drive, that one will do fine but it seems a little on the expensive side.

Your laptop already has an internal SSD, you would need one like this to replace it: Crucial P5 Plus 2TB PCIe M.2 2280SS SSD
