Which is better?

1. Well if you're planning on running two GPUs then the MSI is the one to choose.
2. The Gigabyte holds DDR2 PC 1066 which is faster RAM than the MSI (DDR2 800) so if money isn't the main issue the Gigabyte wins in this category. Otherwise the 1066 RAM will only increase the required money for your system.
3. Do some research on the differing chipsets. I'm not sure whether nVidia beats Intel or vise versa in this department but this may certainly be the deciding factor.
