Which is better

Hello all,
which is better a router (Cisco ones) or LInux server ,or windows server?
For example, I want to manager users and things like that.

I dont understand the question, are you comparing a cisco router to a server? cos they both do totally different things.

well, with router you can manage Internet connections and things like that
and also within the server, couldn't we do that/?

you cant really manage an internet connection very easily with a server, you are best using a router for that, if you have multiple users within the same network and want to manage them or provide file sharing etc, then a server is a good idea!
