Given the information given it's very difficult to say which is "better". But to be honest, a networking card is a networking card. There really shouldn't be any noticeable difference in them. I'd say it's really up to you if you want a more "external" card or a dongle. The top one would probably get a better signal. If nothing else the antenna could be better positioned or upgraded, but that's really it.
