First question which one is the best? and wat ghz speeds do they run @

well they r the same except the cpus
the better one id the amd
and how much do u have to work with
and y does it say onborad video when u dont have a mobo

haha, for $200 you cant build a computer that will play hl2 or the sims 2, and for some odd reason, i doubt he could build a computer. go to your local computer store, and tell them what you want to do. and they will tell you what to buy, expect to spend 800 - 1200 dollars
 
ok i wasnt going to be so blunt but hey
i dont think that would even play any new game or old game
that pc is good for nothing its juss a wast of money
i have a old 98 computer that is equal to it
 
Those are pre-made pc's, probably a compaq or eMachines. And fatal1ty_fan, he said in his description everything you need to know for specs.

As for your question, you wont be able to play HL2 or Sims2, you will need to upgrade your graphics card and ram. Get at least 512MB and a dedicated video card. Post back here with the new specs.

And the AMD would be much better.
