Which is the 'best' RAM from these 3?

Has anyone try to put 12 or 16GB ram in their system and turn off the windows swap page file to see if the system make a major different when open a lot of application the same time? Curious to know, just that my old systems are max out with 4gb ram.
Best wishes,
Paul

Do keep in mind that Windows 7 scales its RAM usage to your system. Pull one of your sticks out and watch what happens.

Just noticed my motherboard says this:
Memory Standard
DDR3 2200/1333/1066/800

But my RAM is running at 1600 --- problem??

Gonna try that overclock in a few mins as well.. but I'll wait for your word on that board first.

Keep crashing no matter what I try. Well, as I came to the conclusion earlier in the thread, probably not a big difference dropping down only one speed. I'm gonna keep this where it's at.

Thanks for the help.
