Which laptop should I buy?

Hey there,

I am about to buy a new laptop but I'm having trouble picking something good. My price range is 1500-2300 CAD. I'd really rather not buy a gaming laptop, as they seem heavy, big and bad battery life. It has to also be a windows machine, not mac.

-i5 or i7 quad core
-16gb of ram
-1TB HD plus a small SSD
-dont really care what video card it has
-longer battery life would be nice
-13 or 15", not 17"

I don't think there is any i5/ i7 quad core non gaming laptop in the market...
