Both are shit, the gateway is good but dont buy because you will never get support, get an asus 2 times better for the same price and with support.

Or if you dont like asus get a dell studio!

dell its better than gateway toshiba its better than dell but more expensive and you will get full support from dell 24/7 and easy to find drivers.

Nope, Dell is just fine. Your personal experiences (and a few of this forum) do not mean anything. People have had bad experiences from every single company. I guess that means all brands are bad by your logic, right?

Those really aren't that good for the price, surprisingly stores like Best Buy, Circuit City, Staples, etc have much better deals on low end and entry level laptops.
