I would go with the third one, you would have more storage space, a greater amount of ram (if you upgrade) and it is small and light (12' screen, and a 1.33kg;s). THe processor here might be lacking though, Im not sure on the L2500. But if its just for work, I think the other three benefits outweigh the one negative, that I found at least.

It is hard to say. If you want small and light then the X60 or X60s can do that but they don't have as much power as the T60. So my vote is the T60. I would just get at least 1Gb of ram and 100Gb hard drive.

If you decide to get the T60 get this one: http://www5.pc.ibm.com/uk/products.nsf/$wwwPartNumLookup/_UT0FVUK?OpenDocument

Hope this helps

That's also European curency, too?

Anyways, if money is no concern then wait a bit longer for a quad core mobile chip with core switch capabilities. Just a single core running is still going to be sweet. 2GB (or 4) of memory, 7200 rpm 160 gig drive, etc. You're not going to get alot of graphics power at 14 or less size, abotu a GF7700 at the max.

Honestly..wait for quad core mobile, wait for Santa Rosa, and wait for SSD's to break into the notebook market. Imagine, onboard cache for windows Vista to startup from, a 32GB SSD flash disk to run off of, and a 160GB hard disk to store on. Yeah, it's coming! :)
