which memory shall i get

I've used alot of the G Skill ram in your 5th link. No problems at all in any builds. Its in this one running at 944mhz with only 1.9 voltage.

OCZ man..

Yes, they are our shop sponsor but I would have recommended them before..

The ReaperX is very very nice!

Hi man,, yeh I use 64-bit Vista..

On 32-bit., due to the o/s limitation with the RAM, you will see 3, 3.25, or possibly 3.5GB when you install 4GB RAM

what would be better as i have a tight budget

2 x 1gb = 2gb total but in 1066 speed

or

2 x 2gb = 4gb total but in 800 speed

Tough question. With a 32 bit OS, you won't be able to use the full 4GBs of ram as previously mentioned. So in that case, the 2GB would be the better value if you're on a budget.

If you plan on getting a 64 bit OS to take full advantage of the 4GBs then definitely go with that.

However, more is always better, so long as you're able to fully use it.

Also, I'd go with OCZ. I love their ram a lot and haven't had a bit of trouble with them.
