Which Mobo Should i get

Now im gonna be computer shopping soon. And one thing ill need is a new mobo, cause i might be getting a new quad core (2,5Ghz but if prices go down, higher)

So my specs are in my Sig.

But here are My planned ups (or new comp rather)

Intel Quad Core 2,5 or better
New mobo
New ram (1066 DDR2 or DDR3 when cheaper)
New GPU (8800GTS 512mb)
Coolermaster 850w PSU

I dont think ill go SLI or crossfire (waste of cash)

But this is about a motherboard.

Now what is cheaper but better. i want to cool my cpu with a HSF and i want something that supports fastest FSB's and ram's.

Finally. Thanks man. But why. And which one. I want something that will last, in other words supports Quad core or maybe has a X38 chipset (when prices comedown) Im planning on building a comp but at the end of the year (im doing this now so i can get a basic idea, then move on from there)
