Which Mobo?

For an office setup, which mobo would you go with? The MSI has integrated video, which I believe is enough since NO GAMING WILL BE DONE ON THIS COMP! The MSI board is a socket 939 while the Gigabyte is a socket 754. Either way I will be getting an AMD 64 3000, I will get the appropriate socket for it.

I realize it is a Micro-ATX, but to my understanding it is compatible with an regular ATX case.

If I purchase this mobo, I will have to get a video card. I will probably get something cheap like a radeon 9250 as no gaming will be done.

you coule get a cheapey video card for only 15$ or something off ebay.

I'm not comfortable buying pc parts on ebay, so that is not an option :)

You can get a cheap video card on newegg.com for around $35 (Which would probably be a 64mb)
 
If you had to go with those 2 brands, I'd use MSI. I hear better stuff about them...

Personally, I'd go with Abit. Probably much more than you need, but my old computer had an Abit and never gave me any problems. Super stable boards!

Well I have heard that both those brands are good. Anyone know which board I would actually benefit from though?
 
Check google for a comparison of the mobos or chipsets... I know the nForce is one of the most sought after chipsets today, but I'm not really sure how it compares to ATI's chipset...
 
Alright, I guess what I'm asking is will it be hard to work with a Micro-ATX board? I heard it can be difficult at times. I wouldn't mind going to a S-939 mobo with onboard video because it is simply cheaper than the second mobo/videocard I chose. And since MSI is a good brand I wouldn't mind. Is Micro-ATX bad to use? Since they are compatible with standard ATX cases I'm considering it. I would have to get a 24-pin PSU though, can I buy like an adapter or something so a 20-pin PSU would work?

I know I have asked this before, but I just need to make sure...I know I can use this Micro-ATX board with a standard ATX case, but what about the PSU? Do I just get a regular ATX PSU as well?

Electrically you'll be ok (as long as the pin counts are the same etc) ... now whether you can physically mount it in the case is another issue altogether

And also, is there a chance a 20-pin PSU would not work in a 24-pin mobo? Or is it just worth getting something like this:
