Which MOBO?

For my newbie build i'm going with the Q6600 (will attempt overclocking at some point in the future if i feel it needs it) anyway i'm unsure as to what would be a good mobo to go with it, i've decided to go with something from the ASUS P--- range but was wondering what is a good one.. will the ASUS P5Q Premium be good? Also what is a good make of ram for this? and will i be better off with 4GBs or 6GBs? thanks =)
 
ASUS P5Q Premium is good, but don't worth the money (P45 chipset for $200) IMO.
I suggest you off to X48 chipset instead.

For RAM, personally suggest 2 x 2GB. I am not sure how much improvement you'd got for extra 2 GB
