The Asus PSN32 SLI SE board is the model with the SLI capability for running two identical video cards. For gaming with a twin card setup to boost grahics performance that would be the model. The P5B Deluxe offers 7 over the other board's 5 SATA drive capability there for increased storage. Both boards are DDR2 800 capaable. There's no problem with memory there. Look over some Kingston performance dimms as well. For some reason.... Asus + Kingston

The second one, the P5B has been getting insane FSB overclocks since the new BIOS. That and nvidia's nForce 4 Intel Editon was never that great.

The question there is about which board is the best for gaming not OCing. If both models had SLI capability the chioce would then be made on other things other then support for dual card setups. The second board offers support for more storage and multi OSing capacity with the 7 not 5 SATA drive option there. Whether going with an SLI setup or installing 7 SATA drives you would need a hefty power supply for handling the load.

What would you pick?
I'd get (and have) the P5B DLX. Multiplier unlocking is nice.

There's no problem with memory there.
Rather, there SHOULDNT be problems

Yep

Dont be ignorant of the fact that OCing directly affects gaming -- and value. And regarding SLI, that's obviously not an issue to be contended otherwise there wouldnt be a question in the first place.
