Which Mobo?

Are you looking specifically at micro boards or just low priced? Gigabyte, Asus, MSI, Abit also have several micro atx models to consider seeing low prices for a 939 board at this time. I would give Biostar only a slight edge over the Foxconn model seen there.

Between those, if it was me I would go with the Foxconn, anything to me with Biostar name should had been Frisbees!

Ew, Biostar.... the name sounds bad.. like "logisys" :P
The name sounds cheap lol.

Yeah i would get the foxconn out of those two.

When looking over specifications I still point at having a good look at other makes before deciding on either of those two. Gigabyte had one micro atx model that would easily compete with many full sized full featured boards. One question would be the type of build planned there. Were these two models selected for cost saving?

Are you looking at micro atx models for a compact case or interested in any full size models if a good price and features are seen. This is why the question was asked about the type of build planned there. For the $50-$75 range newegg has quite a few to look over depending on the type of build.

Each make has their own selection of both micro and full sized models to look over depending on what is needed. Anyone can throw links. But a little help on your part can help point at some to consider.

I don't mind spending a little more for something worth it...
But I liked that cause it was a deal..
like SH said

I vote for Foxconn cause it is cheap.
By the way, are you replacing some parts of your old machine or building completely new?
Not worth going for a 939 socket + DDR RAM...

Foxconn, I've used the'ir boards before and they worked well and they're fairly cheap. Biostar...what is that sposed to be?

Hopefully the make and model you do go with won't see a problem like was seen with a new Asus board here. Apparently a cap went on that new board after only 3days of use. A friend went through three of a 939 model last year when nothing started up. But for an AM2 board Asus was the only one that had what was looked for here.

If you have the extra cash to spend don't rush on anything there and later regret not going with a different make or model. You build a system around the board as a general rule where you have to look at the type of build and what each board offers.
